14. Return of products

The Buyer may request the return of products in the following situations:

This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes that may arise between Dune Cotroceni and users/clients/buyers shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.

18. Promotions

Dune at Cotroceni has no special offers running.

19. Terms and Conditions Amendment

Dune Cotroceni has the right to modify any of the provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions or the entire Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, without any prior notification and without being obligated to fulfill any other formality towards Users.
