We work with suppliers who respect people and the land. Our coffee comes from regions renowned for quality—Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia—each with a unique aromatic profile. This allows us to play with notes of chocolate, dried fruit, and caramel or even floral depending on the season or mood.
Artisanal roasting, in small batches.
We don't believe in industrial coffee. We work with local roasters who know that the difference between a good coffee and a memorable one is just a few seconds of roasting. We roast in small batches, for maximum freshness, and we store the beans under ideal conditions until they reach our grinder.
